Whether you have a small intimate ceremony or a lush reception we will provide great confidence and superior quality. We strive for you to enjoy your wedding, not to worry about any timelines, questions, and emergencies that may occur during the wedding day.
If you need the full guidance during the planning process (full planning “SWEETHEART COLLECTION”) or just someone experienced to make sure everything goes smoothly on the wedding day (LOVER COLLECTION OR BELOVED COLLECTION), we will bring your dreams to life.
Working insistently from the very first meeting till on-site coordination, we make sure that the picture of the wedding is cohesive and that nothing is missed.

SWEETHEART COLLECTION

The Sweetheart Collection is for the client that has just gotten engaged and needs help with the whole planning process! We are there with you from start to finish.

Some inclusions…

• Everything included in the “Lovers Collection
• Venue scouting & booking.
• Development of the budget for each potential venue. Contract review and negotiation with clients. Visits to each potential venue with clients, advice, and guidance on potential venue pros and cons. We seek more options to find the one that fits and fulfills your dreams.
• Management of detailed estimation based on your budget. Including budget document updates through the planning process.
• Negotiate final details and contracts with all vendors that are included in the wedding budget.
• Your Wedding Planner will attend all vendors meetings for each potential vendor. As well as each meeting leading up to the wedding day for each booked vendor.
• Design implementation for escort cards or board, programs, menus, table numbers, invitations, save the dates, etc.

LOVERS COLLECTION

The Lovers Collection is for the client that has their venue booked and their vendors locked down, and just needs a little more guidance to put it all together!  Unlimited vendor referrals – vendors within budget and style.

Some inclusions…

• Unlimited phone and email access with coordinator, after deposit and contract received.
• Personalized timeline. After consulting with the photographer, videographer, hair/makeup, DJ; the first draft of the timeline will be available at least 1 month prior to the event.
• The timeline will include general timing of the day, vendors arrival, and departure times. All addresses of locations pertinent to the execution of the event.
• Create a list of all final decor elements including all tables, ceremony site, cocktail area, and reception location.
• At scheduled rehearsal, we will be responsible for lining up the bridal party. The professional formation of the bridal party at the altar. Summarizing ceremony events and recessional.
• Pick up of final décor elements at the final meeting, rehearsal, and/or the morning of the event.
• We will check in with the client(s) during preparation hours.

BELOVED COLLECTION

This collection is for the client that has their venue and a pretty good idea of what their wedding vision is but needs help bringing their vision to life. We help you find your vendors and give you a design direction!

Some inclusions…

• Our wedding planner is your main contact between client and vendor.
• We set up all potential vendor meetings, reviews final details and contracts.
• Our planner will attend first choice vendors meetings like photographer, videographer, DJ or Band, florist, wedding rentals, wedding cake/desserts, and caterer etc.
• Dedicated assistant to help coordinate family photos on the day of the event, including putting together the family photo list prior to the wedding day.
• Based on a year-long engagement, Bridal Dreams will provide a task and checklist timeline.
