LOVERS COLLECTION

The Lovers Collection caters to clients who have secured their venue and vendors and are seeking additional guidance to bring everything together. This package includes unlimited vendor referrals that match your budget and style preferences.

Included in the package are:

Unlimited phone and email communication with the coordinator upon receipt of the deposit and contract.
A personalized timeline, created after discussions with the photographer, videographer, hair/makeup artist, and DJ. The initial timeline draft will be provided at least one month before the event.
The timeline will outline the general flow of the day, including the arrival and departure times of vendors, as well as the addresses of all key event locations.
A comprehensive list of all final decor elements for the tables, ceremony site, cocktail area, and reception venue.
During the scheduled rehearsal, our team will organize the bridal party lineup and manage the professional formation at the altar, as well as review the ceremony proceedings and recessional.
Collection of final decor items during the final meeting, rehearsal, or on the morning of the event.
Regular check-ins with the client(s) during the preparation phase.

The Sweetheart Collection

The Sweetheart Collection caters to newly engaged clients seeking comprehensive planning assistance from the beginning to the end.

Venue scouting and booking
Budget development for each venue option, including contract review and negotiation.
Site visits with clients to provide advice and insights on the advantages and disadvantages of potential venues, exploring more options to discover the perfect match for your dream wedding.
Detailed budget management tailored to your financial plan, with ongoing updates throughout the planning stages.
Negotiation of final details and contracts with all vendors within the wedding budget.
Your Destination Wedding Planner will be present at all meetings with potential vendors and continue to attend each subsequent meeting up to the wedding day for every confirmed vendor.
Design and creation of escort cards or boards, programs, menus, table numbers, invitations, save-the-date notices, and more.

Beloved Collection

This package is designed for clients who have secured their venue and have a clear vision for their wedding but require assistance to bring that vision to fruition. We assist in locating your vendors and offer design guidance.

Inclusions:

Your wedding planner will serve as the primary liaison between you and the vendors.
We arrange all meetings with potential vendors, review the final details, and oversee contracts.
The planner will be present at meetings with top-choice vendors such as the photographer, videographer, DJ or band, florist, rental services, cake or dessert providers, and caterer, among others.
A dedicated assistant will coordinate family photographs on the wedding day, including compiling the family photo list beforehand.
For a year-long engagement, Bridal Dreams will supply a detailed task list and timeline.
